VortexOS is a free, Unix-like (more like BSD) operating system, designed to be simple, fast, and to work out of the box.

It is a imitation of the FreeBSD kernel.

#Installation

We have multiple ISO files for you to choose from. These are our recommendations: - For installing on a physical machine, use the VortexOS-Latest-.iso file. - For installing on a virtual machine, use the VortexOS-Latest--VM.iso file. - For installing on a USB drive with presistent storage, use the VortexOS-Latest--USB-Presistent.iso file.

The architectures supported are x86_64 (what most modern (or older) computers use) and aarch64 (what Macs use).
