Sets When2meet timeslots to 'Available' by default.

A user logins into a When2Meet meeting and all slots are marked 'Available' by default

Beware: this is rough around the edges. For example, it doesn't account for some timezone-related edge cases yet.

#Why?

It's an inside joke, of sorts.
